Can I upgrade my licence after my purchase?

You can upgrade your licence after your purchase, whether you haven't acquired a licence yet or wish to upgrade to a higher tier.

However, please be aware that we do not provide credit for previous purchases when upgrading to new licences. You will always be required to pay the full price of the licence irrespective of your initial purchase.


If you need to acquire a licence for a track you have already purchased:
  • If the track was originally purchased in the Custom Backing Track format, navigate to your "My Files" page.
  • A paper icon will appear next to eligible tracks.
  • Click the icon to view and purchase available licences.
  • If the icon is not visible, this likely indicates that the song was not bought as a Custom Backing Track.
