Indeed, Wham! enjoyed a huge success in the early 80s with their flagship title, “Wake Me Up Before You Go”.

A few years later, in 1984, Wham! offered its fans a beautiful Chritmas hit, aptly named: “Last Christmas”.

This single, typical of the new wave period of the 80s, talks about heartbreak and the cruel lack of reciprocity in love and about the affection that can exist between two individuals.

This song, both sad and cheerful, made a big comeback after George Michael passed away on December 25, 2016, right on Christmas Day.

For an original Christmas, many of us tend to travel abroad to enjoy a milder climate than what we're normally accustomed to.

If you are one such snowbird, you surely miss the snow of your home country.
