emmat001 Emma you possibly drop another full step.. its the bass that will sound a little off.. but another half step should be fine. There are online free resource to do this. Well done Karaoke version for another excellent backing track as usual. -

Its a good track. As a previous client has commented, it would be really useful to have this track in lower key options - Freddie has such a high range. The lower key would mean a lot more singers would be purchasing the track which feels like a win win for clients, Karaoke Version and the songwriters. -
darrenclark1973 6 years ago@emmat001 - I have used Audacity for years, long before discovering KV. I have found that when I have downloaded a track I can alter the pitch quite significantly without any noticeable loss of quality. Depending on what you are using it for ie if its for performance then really you should download the tracks independently and remix them in a key that suits you. As a piece of advice, do not change the pitch on drums, percussion, sound effects just instruments and vocals. But it should suffice :)

emmat001 6 years agoYes I know an MP3 distorts if you change the key too far. Why not recreate the MP3 track at a lower Key?Karaoke Version 6 years agoHi, to follow up on your message, this is a question of fidelity to the will of the artist and rights. We always strive to recreate tracks as close to the original as possible!

emmat001 6 years agovery few people can sing this in same key as Freddy. You need to provide keys suitable for most working musicians way lower than this or not many people will buy load the track. Up or down 2 keys is not enough scope. There are loads of tracks I want to buy but cant get a low enough key from you.Karaoke Version 6 years agoChanging the pitch reduces the quality of the audio files (especially the voices and backing vocals) which is why we limit the change to +/- 2 semitones. If you would like to modify the pitch further, one option would be to download a free audio software that would allow you to do such (we recommend Audacity).
