Yes, it's possible! E-mail is an additional method of transferring your files!
If your download doesn't start automatically, or if something happens during the process, on the "Begin download" page, you can click on the following sentence:

"You can also receive this file by e-mail:
Send me this file by e-mail."

To receive the email and file correctly:

• Check that support@karaoke-version.co.uk is accepted (and eventually, add it to your permitted contacts)
• Check that your mailbox can handle big files.
• Check that your email client or your antivirus doesn't stop you from opening the file.

This method will only work with MP3 and MP3+CDG files. Other files, such as WMV video files, are too big to be sent by email; therefore, they must be downloaded.
